The 4-2 Program
- Four years at North Central – complete the Engineering Core, courses in your major, and electives
- Two years at a partner university – 60-70 credit hours of coursework in your engineering major.
- Appeals to engineers who want to get the most from the small college experience
- study abroad for one academic term or an entire year
- compete in intercollegiate sports for four years
- spend an academic term doing scientific research on campus or at Argonne National Laboratory
- earn a North Central B.A. or B.S. in any major offered by North Central
- B.A. or B.S. from North Central after 4 years
- B.S. in engineering from the partner university upon completion of the program
- Choose your engineering from those offered by the partner university
