If you are seeking admission to a North Central College’s graduate program, you must possess a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university prior to the expected term of matriculation. Applicants are responsible for submitting application materials required for admission. These items include, but are not limited to the following:

• Educational History
• Employment History
• College extracurricular activities
• Community activities, honors and leadership roles
• Hobbies and nonacademic interests
• Accomplished classroom instruction and leadership roles (Master of Arts in Education Leadership and Administration applicants only)

Upload a personal statement describing how you have prepared for graduate school. Please discuss your academic background explaining any gaps or discrepancies and how your professional experiences or college involvement has contributed to your growth. Master of Arts in Education Leadership and Administration applicants must include a statement describing your knowledge about curriculum and instructional practices.

Documents must be .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.

Applicants to the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies or Master of Leadership Studies program must upload an original writing sample. Samples should reflect the ability to research and to write critically. Generally writing samples between five and 15 pages give the best comprehensive view of an applicant’s writing ability. Writing samples must include a reference page.
