It is a special day: North Central’s 150 years anniversary. Homecoming is after. When NCC people are having fun in homecoming, I am busy studying in another continent. Happy birthday, NCC!
Nov 11th is American Veterans Day; also, Chinese see it as a single day: one one one one one one.
By the way, English people have a bonfire night on Nov 5th, which was last Saturday. I feel the July 4th in U.S and some festivals (spring festival, national day and etc.) in China.
