I hope that the end of the term finished well....SPRING BREAK!!! FINALLY!!!
My break started at 2:18 this afternoon. I took 4 finals within 30 hours and fried my brain. I think that I dominated each one, though, so my hopes are high! After such a challenging course load, it is a major relief to finally have a break!
I was sad when I had to leave my practicum students. The class made me a book titled, "Ms. Guido is a Great Teacher Because...". Each student filled out a page talking about why I am great teacher. It was precious! I miss them all of the time, and I learned so much from being in the classroom.
The image at the top of my blog is of a bulletin board that I submitted for my EDN 260 class, which is all about literature in K-8 Classrooms. My presentation was about James Howe, an author who writes about real life challenges. We read books in literature circles, and mine was by James Howe. It was great!
For now, I'm going to go for a nice walk and enjoy the weather. It's beautiful outside!
