For a number of things, actually:
-The end of the term. This one can't come soon enough. I want all this calculus and jogging (yes, even jogging) and the the other nonsense to end and get replaced by entirely different nonsense. Three weeks is such a short long time. Should be long enough to make sure my grades are good, though.
-The Devin Townsend Box Set. AS SOON AS I AM FINANCIALLY ABLE TO, I'm dropping $80 on this (or splitting the cost and set of boxes with someone). Four new CDs from what is arguably Devin's best output? You got me on board! Not to mention all the other stuff this comes with!
-I've decided which of my albums I'm recording next, and this one's going to be done "right" (or as close to "right" as possible), so instead of rushing anything, I'm going to do a bunch of pre-production and hopefully record drums over Spring Break.
-I'm writing a song about pigs with human hands for IMS230. It's bound to be the most fun project in recent history (and gives me yet ANOTHER excuse to use the new computer I've got).
-DID I MENTION THE NEW COMPUTER?! I've got an old-school Asus Republic of Gamers now. It has four gigs of RAM, so I can do audio things again and not watch my laptop die over and over and over. And this one won't burn my leg if I put it on my lap!
-I also beat the computer in Hearts. It took me a few tries, but it felt good to finally show 'em who's boss.
