The term has at last come to a close. After a very interesting pre-finals weekend involving two concerts that I showed up to just in time to play them (after getting lost in Plainfield before the first one with Strongman and leaving late for the second one with Pray Macabre), a brief recording session, hot dogs, and a bit of time devoted to studying, it feels good to finally be done with all of this. It's weird, though, to be the first one to finish in all of your finals (well, save for the jogging final).
Also, it's that time where we unfortunately say goodbye to all of the international students that were just here for fall term. It was wonderful to get to know you all, and may we meet again someday whilst I'm touring the world (with a band or otherwise).
And then D-Term! I'm going to Milwaukee in about a week. Haven't been there in ages, that should be fun and exciting an filled with bus rides to everywhere. I wish the NBA people weren't so stupid; it'd be fun to see a Bucks game (they're probably cheaper and money doesn't grow on me), but alas, the dang ol' dang ol' and their dang ol' unions and all that dang ol' nonsense. It'll still be fun though. Other than that, it'll probably be the usual back-and-forth between here and home for family/band/other things. Fun stuff.
