North Central College’s Storm Styles, a human resource management and psychology major, lands internship in human resources with Porsche at Lisle office.

North Central College student Storm Styles is interning in human resources at the Lisle, Ill., office of Porsche Business Services, a division of the company that makes the legendary sports car.

Styles, of Lemont, is a junior double-majoring in human resource management and psychology. Working primarily with three other members of the HR staff, her duties have included assisting with an internal newsletter, working with international interns from Germany and organizing staff events.

North Central history grad interns with Humanitarian Service Project

North Central graduate Matt McGahan of Aurora has started a year-long paid internship with Humanitarian Service Project.

Aug. 26, 2011—North Central College graduate Matt McGahan of Aurora has started a year-long paid internship with Humanitarian Service Project.

McGahan graduated in June with a degree in history. He’ll assist the organization in various capacities. Carol Stream-based Humanitarian Service Project helps needy senior citizens, children and families throughout DuPage and Kane counties through its programs.

Derek Sulo ’10, plans to juggle an internship in exercise science at Northwestern University along with playing Cardinal football for his final year of eligibility. After a season-ending injury in 2009, the star defensive back and team captain hopes to help the Cardinals pursue a fifth straight CCIW title. “I’m really looking forward to it; it’s going to be a lot of fun,” he says.
