North Central’s second Summer Music Theatre production, Gilbert and Sullivan’s “H.M.S. Pinafore,” opens Thursday, July 29, for four weekend performances. Director Matt Boresi ’97, lecturer of theatre, brings a new twist to this classic hit, incorporating original dialog that had been dropped.
The story of “H.M.S.” takes place aboard a British naval vessel in the 1840s and is a love story between members of different social classes.
