Where will YOU go? This is a question you’re likely asking yourself as you consider college, but also as you think about studying abroad. During Visit Days, high school students and their families often ask me about the opportunities offered by North Central. My response is that it’s not too early to consider studying abroad, because you want to find a college that can accommodate your academic goals, personal interests and budget.
Drawing upon 45-plus partner programs from across the globe, I can help students incorporate study abroad into any major—education, business, science, theatre, mathematics and more. The key is planning as early as possible—preferably during your first year. Starting early also allows you to take advantage of group programs in Canterbury, England, China/Japan and Costa Rica, which are available to sophomores. Funding for a research project while abroad or participating in an internship also require advance planning.
We are truly committed to helping you have a successful college experience, both here and abroad. Be central, GO GLOBAL!
