Track & Field Clinic

Meeting in the Res/Rec Center, this learn-by-doing clinic is for all skill levels, beginner to advanced, and focuses on event-specific training for track & field. Events include hurdles, jumps (long & triple), high jump, throws. Track and Field Clinic and Cardinal Cross Country Camp are both coached by Mahesh Narayanan and staff. Things to Bring: Appropriate shoes and clothes for your event, and paper and pencil
