Train your mind the way you train your body for the perfect way to stay centered with our Chopra Center certified meditation instructor. Learn centuries old meditation techniques to relax and increase your overall sense of well-being. Explore the benefits of developing a regular meditation practice to improve health, strengthen the immune system, and release stress and anxiety. (Textbook recommended, but not required.)
