Weddings at North Central College
Congratulations on your engagement. We thank you for considering historic North Central College and are honored to be a part of this special occasion. Our most popular wedding location is Koten Chapel. Built in 1912, Koten Chapel was completely renovated in 2006, preserving its historic significance, but adding modern amenities, to make it a memorable setting for your marriage vows. Adorned with simple elegance...cathedral ceilings, magnificent stained-glass windows, and dark oak details, the Chapel creates a warm and intimate setting for couples expecting up to 150 guests. We also have other venues on campus that have served well as a location for wedding ceremonies. State of the art Wentz Concert Hall and historic Meiley/Swallow Hall Thrust Theater have been utilized on numerous occasions for beautiful wedding ceremonies. Simply contact the Office of Conference Services for more information regarding these and other alternative ceremony locations.
Wedding planning is full of minute details that can get overwhelming. We want to make your site arrangements as easy as possible. There are three simple steps to securing one of our fine locations for your nuptials:
- Complete the Wedding Application. After opening the document and completeing it with your wedding information select 'save as' and retitle the document with the bride and grooms' last name. After you have completed the form and saved it, you may return it to us via the following three methods: Via mail to: Office of Conference Services, 30 North Brainard Street, Naperville, Illinois 60540, via fax to 630.637.5224 or attach the document to an e-mail addressed to Ken Hannah, Senior Program Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The program director will contact you to verify date availability and arrange a meeting to tour our options and discuss decorating ideas and other policies.
- If you decide that Koten Chapel, Meiley Swallow Hall, or Wentz Concert Hall would make the ideal setting for your wedding, you will be asked to sign a written agreement and provide a $250 deposit to guarantee the agreed upon dates. The remaining $500 will be required one month before the wedding.
