While you have completed courses at another institution, this session will help ensure you are prepared for the classroom at North Central College.

Familiarize yourself with library facilities and the resources it offers.

Learn how to use your campus email address and other campus systems.

Student IDs & Mailroom: Old Main

You will have the opportunity to obtain your student ID, and resident students will receive their campus mailbox and mail key.

Enjoy a night of music at The Union; a venue for social change. Performing this evening is Walking Shapes, the living and breathing result of a unique creative environment, centered in a house on Kingsland Avenue in Brooklyn owned by visual artist Joseph Grazi, which frequents creative types such as actors, artists, musicians. Walking Shapes has been featured in publications including Spin, Interview Magazine, Earmilk, MTV, Village Voice, Revolt, The Wild Magazine, Bullett and more.

9 - 11:30 p.m. Friday Night Program Film: "Avengers: Age of Ultron"

Join other students for the kick-off of Residence Life’s Friday Night Programs. The feature film presentation is "Avengers: Age of Ultron." This sequel to the smash-hit comic-book epic "The Avengers" finds the iconic superhero team dealing with a threat of their own making: a sentient robot called Ultron, who was originally designed as part of a peacekeeping program.

CUAB invites you to watch these two hilarious comedians. Jordan Carlos has appeared regularly on "The Colbert Report" and MTV's "GuyCode." Aisha Alfa can be seen on MTV Canada and Much Music. Presented by the College Union Activities Board (CUAB).

Meet ministry and service student organization leaders and staff members for an informal breakfast and learn about the opportunities for involvement. After breakfast, rides and walking groups will be provided to a number of local churches.

Jefferson Commons

Play a casual game of bags or spikeball; then eat some delicious walking tacos and relax.

1 - 4 p.m. Explore Downtown Naperville

Jefferson Plaza/Downtown Naperville

Visit the downtown Naperville shops and restaurants to get stamps on your passport. The more stamps you get, the better your chances of winning a downtown Naperville gift card. Pickup and return passports to the Block Party when you're finished.

1 - 11 p.m. (Shuttle leaves every hour on the hour) Afternoon shuttle service to Target, Westfield Fox Valley Mall, Jewel, All Saints Catholic Academy (Remote Parking Lot) and more
