Dusty Gilbreth '09

Dusty Gilbreth is program manager and youth baseball instructor at The Infield in South Elgin. He makes it his priority to set young pitchers on a path to long-lasting arm health. With a background in baseball and a certification as a personal trainer, he has built a program designed to help young baseball players maximize their potential. “After studying personal training, I started to understand what it takes to keep a young, healthy arm,” he said.

Thomas Hollingsworth '11

Thomas Hollingsworth, Air Force Airman 1st Class, graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, TX. Hollingsworth completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Jonathon Eby is a research technician in the laboratory of Caroline LePoole at Loyola University Medical Center, studying immune recognition of cancer cells and autoimmunity.

Tracy Rogers Dvorchak M ’08

Tracy Rogers Dvorchak M ’08 was appointed principal of Prairie Elementary School in Naperville. She has served as assistant principal at Kingsley and at Meadow Glens elementary schools since 2010. Dvorchak was a second-grade teacher for eight years and Project IDEA teacher for five years at Ranch View Elementary School in Naperville. She also served as a learning resource director at Naper Elementary School for seven years. Dvorchak holds a master of educational leadership and administration degree from North Central.

Jessica Lim has been co-teaching as a long-term substitute at Glen Forest Elementary in Falls Church, VA. She has been hired to work in the Fairfax County Public School District as a fifth-grade teacher.

Emily Katsaros Swayka is enrolled in the pharmacy program at Roosevelt University. This year, she won a prestigious Leonard J. DeMino Pharmacy Student Scholarship based on her essay, “The Future of Pharmacy: Patient Care.”

Leslie Oca Esquerra is technician lead at Honeywell Universal Oil Products. In this position, she conducts inorganic and structural analysis on catalyst products manufactured.
