Sam Sweeney is a professional tennis player. In mixed doubles, he and his partner, Tarakaa Bertrand, won the United States Tennis Association Eastern tournament. If they continue to win, the duo will be entered directly into the U.S. Open mixed doubles tournament to compete for a major title.

Bailey Hinz graduated with a master’s degree in music therapy from Colorado State University, specializing in neurologic music therapy. Her graduate research addressed the use of therapeutic music in improving self-perception among young women. While at Colorado State, she raced for the university triathlon team and finished seventh at her final national championship in April. Kitt Vanderwater was selected to join British Airways’ UnGrounded “Hack at 30,000 feet” in June by the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) through its Aspirations in Computing talent development initiative.
RJ McNichols filmed a documentary series titled “1621 and Beyond: The Fall and Rise of North Central Men's Cross Country Team.” This eight-part web series incorporates video from the 2007 season and what it took to win a 13th team national title. Hilary Cebulko-Lakes was promoted to head coach for men’s and women’s track and field at Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, KY. She has been with the program since 2009 and was named the interim head coach in January. During her interim season, she was named the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Coach of the Year for women’s outdoor track and field after helping lead the program to its first-ever MSC team championship. “I am thrilled to be in this position and am excited to see where the program will go.
