In its efforts to attract students from around the globe to study on campus, North Central College is reaching out to Chinese-speaking international students via its website: northcentralcollege.edu/admission/Chinese.
The new site connects with potential international students in the Chinese language and includes information they want to know about the College, its location, campus life, how to apply and more.
Navigation buttons direct viewers to quick facts about the College, requirements for admission, application procedures for a visa, steps to enrollment and class registration, and arrival and orientation. There’s also a video that shows and describes in Chinese the campus and community, areas of study, campus life and includes personal interviews with current North Central international students.
Applications are now being accepted for 2012 fall enrollment at all class levels. Chinese students and those who want to learn more may visit northcentralcollege.edu/admission/Chinese or contact Annie Liu, Asian initiatives project coordinator, at 630-637-5151 or email@example.com.
International students are supported by faculty and staff in North Central College’s Office of International Programs. These members ensure every international student receives the resources they need to be successful and feel welcome, from the moment they arrive in the United States and throughout their college experience.
