Part of the College’s 2011-2012 Sesquicentennial Fine & Performing Arts Season, the performance begins at 8 p.m. Friday, April 27, in the College’s Wentz Concert Hall. Tickets are regularly $35 and $25; call the North Central College Box Office at 630-637-SHOW (7469).
The repertoire will include Max Bruch’s 8 Pieces for Clarinet, Viola and Piano, op. 83; Antonín Dvorák’s Piano Quintet No. 2 in A Major, op. 81; and Ernst von Dohnányi’s Sextet in C Major, op. 37.
Grammy-nominated and named 2007 Chamber Ensemble of the Year by the Illinois Council of Orchestras, CCM has toured extensively and developed an international reputation for fresh, intimate and nuanced performances by musicians who consistently work together as an ensemble.
