Thomas D. Cavenagh—Schneller Sisters Professor of Leadership, Ethics & Values; professor of law and conflict resolution; director of leadership, ethics and values; and coordinator of master of leadership studies program—had two recent published works. His chapter titled “Real Estate Transactions, Finance & Foreclosure” was published in the spring 2010 issue of Business Law: Text & Cases by Clarkson, Miller, Jentz & Cross, West Publishing. In addition, his article titled “ADR and the New Rule: The Role of Third Party Neutrals” was published in the fall 2010 issue of Illinois Bar Journal (Volume 98, Number 9).
