“We started with the simple idea that great art can inspire great change,” says Jeremy Gudauskas, director of ministry and service. “Five years and hundreds of events later we’re thrilled with what The Union has become to so many.” A stacked lineup of talented songwriters and musicians will perform two anniversary shows Friday, May 7. The early show at 7 p.m. features The Wayside with Andy Osenga; the late show at 9:30 p.m. features Joe Pug with Kevin Prchal. For tickets call the box office at 630-637-SHOW (7469). The anniversary celebration continues with the daylong seminar “Working the Dream” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 8. The seminar is presented in partnership with Backthird Audio, an Aurora recording studio with a vision for empowering local artists. Presenters include artists John J. Thompson and Andy Osenga.
