Cultural Immersion Program (August)

What is the Cultural Immersion Program?

This short-term English as a Second Language (ESL) program provides students with English language and cultural learning opportunities both in and outside the classroom. The main focus of the program is to provide students with personalized classes that help students understand life in the United States. Cross-cultural exploration is a key part of this program. Students can participate in this program on a tourist visa (B-1 or B-2 visa).

Airport Pickup and Arrival Day August 9 Families can choose to have ELI staff pick-up students at O'Hare International Airport on this day

Cost and Visa Information for the Cultural Immersion Program

Cultural Immersion Program Costs
Resident Student fee $1,975 (includes program fee, books, room and food, and all activities)
Non-resident student fee $1,300 (includes program fee, books, lunch, and afternoon cultural activities)

 

Visa Information

The Cultural Immersion Program students can participate with a tourist (B-2) visa.

Holders of other visa statuses may be eligible to participate in the program.
