Master Land Use Plan

The College, in cooperation with the City of Naperville, has agreed to update its Master Land Use Plan every 10 years for incorporation into the City’s Master Land Use Plan. On January 26, 2010, the College submitted its updated plan through 2020 to the City of Naperville. Over the next couple of months this document will make its way through the public process, beginning with the Naperville Plan Commission and ending with the Naperville City Council.

The Master Land Use Plan 2020 includes options about where the College might site a science center, a residence hall, and another academic building. The plan is designed to allow for growth that is contained within existing College boundaries. The College’s Board of Trustees approved the updated plan in December 2009.
