Veselina Vracheva joins North Central’s management faculty in fall 2014

North Central College welcomed Assistant Professor of Management Veselina Vracheva, a newly appointed full-time, tenure-track faculty member for the 2014-2015 academic year, which started Sept. 15.

Her areas of expertise include strategic management and international business with current research interests in the area of sustainable development as it applies to organizations. Previously, Vracheva taught courses in introduction to business, international management, principles of management and strategic management at Old Dominion University.

She received a B.A. in management and marketing from the University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, a B.B. from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Ireland, an M.B.A. from Western Carolina University, and a Ph.D. in business administration with an emphasis on strategic management from Old Dominion University.
