Mitchell Kositzky ’15 earns Outstanding Major in Management Award

Mitchell Kositzsky ’15, son of Dale and Kim Kositzky of Crown Point, Ind., was awarded the Outstanding Major in Management Award during Honors Day in May at North Central College.

Mitchell, who graduated from North Central College in June, majored in management, marketing and international business. He is a graduate of Crown Point High School.

While at North Central, Mitchell was a member of the Mu Kappa Tau honor society and studied abroad in Costa Rica. He also pursued Spanish and Chinese language studies. He served as president of the student-run Entrepreneurship & International Business Organization (EIBO). He coordinated the import and distribution of olive oil and led a debate relating the role of foreign aid and globalization for students.

Mitchell was selected as a campus-wide student leader to raise awareness of bystander training through the College’s Green Dot program. He participated in a Habitat for Humanity spring break trip. He was a resident assistant, played on the football team for two years, and completed internships at Hendrickson International and abroad. After graduation he started his career with the industrial supply company Uline. He consistently earned honors on the College’s Dean’s List.
