Chloe Cooper is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Chloe started at North Central College in December 2018.
Chloe received her B.A. in Psychology from Butler University in Indianapolis and earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College. While attending Wheaton, she completed her clinical internship at the Wheaton College Counseling Center. Chloe started her career working in residential treatment for addiction, eating disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. Her additional experience includes working in community mental health as a therapist and crisis worker. As a therapist, Chloe worked with clients across the lifespan with a special focus on treating anxiety, depressive, and trauma diagnoses. As a crisis worker, Chloe worked with the local police department to conduct crisis assessments in the community at residences, schools, colleges, and hospitals. Chloe utilizes evidence-based treatment and incorporates a strength-based perspective to help individuals recognize their own resilience and achieve emotional well-being.
