Jacqueline Schutt, Visiting Instructor of Music, has taught at North Central since 1999. Currently her responsibilities include teaching Aural Skills I, II and III, conducting Cardinal Chorus, assisting in teaching High School Secondary Music Methods, co-coordinating the Music Education program, supervising music education student teachers and practicum students as well as serving as a bridge faculty member on the Education Liaison Committee.
Mrs. Schutt is also a scorer for the Performing Arts edTPA project through Pearson Education. Over the past year she has scored numerous portfolios as well as assisted North Central’s Education Department in the implementation of the edTPA project in Performing Arts. She is active within the Music Teacher Education division of IMEA and has served as clinician/judge for both Windy City Festivals as well as area public school vocal and choral contests.
