Steve Weaver serves as North Central College's Assistant Dean of Students. In his senior leadership team role within Student Affairs, he oversees the areas of residence life, campus safety, student conduct, and counseling and medical services. Additionally, Weaver spearheads case management for students, families, and guests interacting with the Dean of Students office, manages crisis response, and serves as the deputy chair of the College’s Behavioral Intervention Team.
Weaver joined North Central College in the spring of 2018. Prior to working at North Central, he served in multiple roles within residence life at the University of Colorado at Boulder, worked as the Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct at Carroll University, before most recently serving as the Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator at the University of the Ozarks.
Weaver received his undergraduate degree in Human Services from Millikin University in Decatur Illinois and completed his Master's degree in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
