TRAIL Outfitters: Leadership Development

The TRAIL Outfitters team building program is designed to promote group and individual development through experiential endeavors. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment by delivering tailored challenges that foster a sense of accomplishment and develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Curated by our Leadership, Ethics, & Values program staff, these opportunities will push you out of your comfort zone to foster personal growth and development for your group, team, or department. Our facilitators will incorporate a variety of customized components to help your group achieve specific goals. Following a "challenge by choice' philosophy, participants are led through a series of fun and increasingly challenging activities that will push you mentally, physically, and emotionally.
