Title IX (Sexual Misconduct)

North Central College is committed to maintaining a positive learning, working, social and residential environment. In pursuit of these goals, and to ensure compliance with local, state and federal civil rights laws and regulations, the College will not tolerate acts of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct and/or retaliation as such behavior seriously undermines the College’s effectiveness as an educational institution and a workplace and values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.

The Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct and Retaliation Policy will be referred to as the Title IX Policy throughout the website.

Read the Sexual Misconduct Resource Guide (also available in large text) which covers the major sections of the
Title IX Policy.

Use the Sexual Misconduct Online Reporting Form to report.
