Esen Andiç-Mortan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management. She received her Doctorate in Business Administration - Logistics from The Ohio State University, in 2016. She has also completed a Minor in Consumer Behavior and a Graduate Concentration in Quantitative Psychology during her doctoral studies. Prior to her doctoral studies, she completed a BS and an MA in Logistics Management from Izmir University of Economics, in her hometown of Izmir, Turkey.

Dr. Andiç-Mortan teaches undergraduate level classes such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Production/Operations Management, Topics in Business Sustainability, Sustainability Performance Measurement, and Data Analytics; and graduate level classes such as Global Supply Chain Design and Management, and Data Analytics for Managers. 

Dr. Andiç-Mortan has an expertise in sustainability performance measurement. Her research interests include social sustainability, sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), sustainability education through games, performance measurement in the supply chain, environmentally friendly logistics management, the human factor in supply chains, and disaster relief and humanitarian operations.

Dr. Andiç-Mortan is the Coordinator of MBA and SBE Graduate Programs, and the President for Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. She also serves on the SBE Assurance of Learning (AoL) Committee.
