
Transfer Scholarships
Academic Merit
- Transfer Excellence, Merit, or Success Scholarship
- Scholarships for strong transfer students who are encouraged to apply for admission early.
- Amount is determined during the application review process and is an award of $17,000-$20,000 per academic year.
- Contact the Office of Admission for further details on eligibility.
- Limited to six semesters (three academic years) provided the minimum GPA requirement is maintained.
- Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)
- $3,000 per academic year.
- Must be a Transfer student and a member of PTK, an international honor society at community colleges, and the community college must be the most recently attended college.
- Limited to six semesters (three academic years).
- Departmental Honor Society
- $1,000 per academic year.
- Must be a member of a college honor society (limit of one scholarship).
- Limited to six semesters (three academic years).
- International
- Must be a full-time international student.
- Range from $23,000-$25,000 per academic year.

FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition
An incoming transfer pursuing a major in engineering may apply for this scholarship if the student has actively participated in the FIRST Tech Challenge or the FIRST Robotics Competition during junior or senior year of high school, with a minimum 3.0 high school GPA.

North Central has been fortunate to receive donations from generous alumni and friends of the College for the establishment of endowed scholarships. We award these scholarships to worthy students each year. When available, applications are available through the Office of Financial Aid.
