Dear North Central College Campus Community,

As we launch the search for North Central College’s next President, our search consultants from Storbeck Search, Managing Director Julie Tea, and Senior Associate Kate Phillips, will be visiting campus on Monday, September 19, and Tuesday, September 20, and look forward to engaging with you.

Open forums have been arranged for the following days and times. Please attend the session that best suits your constituent group.  Refreshments will be available at each session, and light grab-and-go lunch items will be available during the student and faculty forums.

Please be prepared to discuss the following questions during your time with the search consultants:

1. What do you see as the key attractions for this leadership opportunity? What should prospective candidates find most appealing about the role of President at North Central College?
2. What do you see as the key challenges and opportunities to be addressed by the next President?
3. What are the skill sets, experiences, and personal attributes most needed in the candidate of choice?
