North Central College invites you to attend Family Weekend 2022, a campus-wide celebration in honor of parents, grandparents, and all extended family. This unique weekend experience will provide your family the opportunity to explore the College and everything it has to offer. 

Registration is now open and will close on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

1:00pm; 2:00pm; 3:00pm: Enactus Open House & Coffee Tasting (Coffee Lab in Larrance Academic Center)
Stop by the Coffee Lab at 1, 2, or 3 p.m. for demonstrations of the roasting process.  Sample coffees from various origin countries.  Discover a variety of high-impact learning opportunities for students in all fields of study.

Ben  Blount: Strong Silent Type Art Exhibit (Schoenherr Gallery, Wentz Fine Arts Center)
Blount is an Evanston-based artist, designer, and letterpress printer whose work is in collections such as The Newberry Library and The Metropolitan Museum of Art

5:00pm - 7:00pm: Enjoy Dinner in Downtown Naperville

7:00pm - 9:00pm: Family Sized Game Night (Residence Hall/Recreation Center Gym)
Get your competitive edge going! Join us as we take your favorite games and make them life-sized. You've got to see it to believe it.

7:00am - 6:45pm: Student Gallery Exhibition: Kaitlin Kirsch: Paintings (Meiley Swallow Hall Gallery)
The galleries will follow current campus protocols regarding COVID-19.
Please be prepared to follow posted policies regarding mask-wearing and social distancing upon arrival.

9:00am - 11:00am: Family Breakfast with the College President and Vice President for Student Affairs & Athletics (Stevenson Hall)
Join President Troy Hammond and Vice President of  Student Affairs and Athletics Jessica Brown, along with faculty and staff across campus, for breakfast and a panel discussion.   Faculty and staff will be answering questions from various areas such as Residence Life, Financial Aid, Student Activities, Multi-cultural Affairs, Study Abroad and more.

12:00pm - 1:30pm: Paint & Sip with Hot Chocolate with the Dyson Wellness Center (The Cage/Upper WAC)
Join the Dyson Wellness Center any time between 12:00pm-1:30pm at our Sip and Paint. Sip on some hot chocolate from our hot chocolate bar while you create a masterpiece with your love ones! We will have example designs premade or you can use your own inspiration.

1:00pm - 3:00pm: Outdoor Family Photos and Games for Families of our First-gen Students (Old Main Lawn)
Families of our first-gen students: Join the First-gen Team for outdoor games and/or outdoor family photos with NC spirit props. Dress for the weather and drop by for whatever amount of time works with your schedule; new games will begin at 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30.  See e-mail from Cardinal First for additional details.  #CelebrateFirstgen

1:00pm - 3:00pmThe Life Lessons: What Our First-gen Students, Faculty & Staff Learned from Their Families display features 55 photo posters (sneak peek below) and was created by 4 NC Design Agency practicum students (Dessa Bobosky, Geneview Weiss, Marija Hritsovska, and Alice Ngo).  

1:30pm: Men's Volleyball Game (Merner Fieldhouse)

3:00pm - 5:00pm: Family Craft and Games, hosted by the Weekend Programming Board (Wentz Science Center Rooms 101/104)

Join Weekend Programming Board in an easy craft! The board will be providing all supplies.  We'll have board games, Nintendo Switches, and card games for you to enjoy too!

4:00pm - 7:00pm: Hospitality Space for Athletic Games (for registered families only--Merner Fieldhouse)
Grab some food on-the-go for snacks and takeaways for the game. 

5:00pm: Women's Basketball Game (Merner Fieldhouse)

Nerd Culture Club hosts a Night of Games: Mario Kart and Board games for the whole family (Upper WAC)
Like board games? Come to the Nerd Culture Club board game night! We’ll also have Mario Kart!

Date night just got funnier! Are you looking for the perfect Valentine's date night? Come join comedian Pat Hazell, one of the original writers for NBC's "Seinfeld" that Showtime declared "one of the five funniest people in America," and comedienne Karen Morgan, finalist in Nick at Nite's "Search for the Funniest Mom in America."
