North Central welcomes your interest in returning to campus. If you were a degree-seeking student at North Central and left the College for more than one term (excluding summer students), you will need to complete the readmission process.
Returning Undergraduate Student
Complete and save an onlineApplication for Readmissionto return by email, mail or fax at (630-637-5819). If you plan to return it via email, be sure to save this form on your computer and complete it using Adobe; otherwise it will come through blank. You may instead call us at 630-637-5800 to request a paper copy sent to you via postal mail, or stop in to pick one up from the Office of Admission (1st Floor Old Main)
Our next traditional start term possibility, Spring semester 2021, begins Monday, January 11th. For full admission, financial aid, and registration consideration, there is a target date of Friday, December 18th for Spring semester file completion. If you cannot complete your file by this date, call our office at 630-637-5800 to discuss your situation. We are also currently admitting students for our Fall semester 2021 (August 25th start).
Submit official, sealed transcripts from any college listing coursework attempted since you were enrolled at North Central College. The College confirms prior enrollments with a national student database.
If it has been more than five (5) years since attending the College, you must resubmit transcripts from any and all colleges you attended prior to starting at North Central. The College does not maintain these records for more than 5 years from your last time of enrollment.
You must request your own official transcripts from other institutions attended. North Central cannot request transcripts, as it is your personal information.
A minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA is required to be considered for undergraduate readmission.
There is no application fee or tuition deposit required for former students.
Admission Decision Process
The Office of Admission will confer with the Business Office, the Office of Financial Aid, the Dean of Students Office, and the Office of Academic Affairs in making a readmission decision.
For full financial aid consideration, complete or update your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with our college code (001734) as soon as possible.
