North Central College, Anderson’s Bookshops to host authors Stephen King and Owen King Sept. 29

North Central College and Anderson’s Bookshops will host authors Stephen King and Owen King for a Sept. 29 presentation of their new novel “Sleeping Beauties.” The cohosted event will take place at North Central College’s Residence Hall/Recreation Center (Res/Rec) at 7 p.m.

Stephen King, author of more than 50 worldwide bestsellers and fellow author and son, Owen King, also will engage in a question-and-answer session. Scheduled for release Sept. 26, “Sleeping Beauties” is set in a small Appalachian town where the primary employer is a women’s prison.

Ticket sales begin June 27 at 10 a.m. exclusively at KingsAndersons.brownpapertickets.com. There is a limit of four tickets per person; there will be no live book signing or photo line. Ticket holders will receive a copy of the book at the event, and a limited number of signed copies will be randomly distributed. Res/Rec is located at 440 S. Brainard Street in Naperville, Ill.
