North Central College Partners with TimelyCare

In addition to the continued services from the Dyson Wellness Center (DWC), North Central College is excited to offer a telehealth program for full-time registered students called TimelyCare. The service provides access to 24/7 mental health and medical telehealth services to registered, full-time students, with no cost at the time of visit!

Whether you're feeling sick or overwhelmed, you will be able to talk to a licensed provider from your smartphone or any other web-enabled device. Licensed providers are available to diagnose non-emergent conditions, prescribe medications, and offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits. Below is important information about TimelyCare.

Who can use TimelyCare?

Any full-time registered North Central College student. 

How can students access TimelyCare?

Students can go to www.timelycare.com/ncc to register and access telehealth services from any web-enabled device- smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. From there, students can register with their school email address, and then they will be able to log in to begin using services. Students can then choose to have a voice or video call. 

How much does a visit cost?

There is no visit cost for full-time registered North Central College students.
