General Ticket Information and Disclaimers
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. North Central College Fine & Performing Arts does not provide refunds or exchanges.
Artists, dates, times, prices, and locations are subject to change.
All patrons attending events in fine arts facilities, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket for admission.
ADA accessibility and accommodations are available in the College's fine and performing arts venues. Patrons are encouraged to contact the Box Office with any questions, and requests to schedule specific accommodations, such as sign language interpreting services, should be made at least 10 business days in advance of the performance date.
The Box Office accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), cash, and check. All checks should be made payable to North Central College.
Tickets purchased via phone can be requested to be mailed to the purchaser for an additional $1 shipping fee. Tickets typically arrive in 5-7 business days via standard mail.
Tickets purchased online include an additional $3 per ticket processing fee.
All orders purchased less than 10 days before the performance date will be made available at the Box Office Will Call at the performance venue, regardless of delivery method requested.
If a patron loses their ticket prior to the show, they are encouraged to call or notify the Box Office, and a reprinted ticket will be provided. Reprinted tickets will be made available at Will Call the night of the performance under the name of the original purchaser, unless otherwise specified.
In the event a patron is unable to attend a North Central College performance or use their ticket, they may donate it back to North Central College for a tax-deductible donation. Patrons are encouraged to contact the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance to donate their ticket(s), and a tax credit letter for the price of the ticket will be issued. Proceeds from resold tickets will support the performing arts program at North Central College. If a patron is unable to attend an event presented by an external organization, patrons should contact the presenting organization directly regarding that organization’s donation or refund policy.
Discounts
Senior, student, and group discounts are provided on a show-by-show basis. Patrons are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance for further information regarding promotions and special offers.
