Profile Picture

Gwendolyn Tedeschi is a Professor of Economics, Chair of the Department of Economics and Finance, and Accreditation Coordinator for the School of Business and Entrepreneurship.  Her specialties are applied microeconomics, including economic development, industrial organization and game theory, as well as economic pedagogy.

Prior to joining the North Central College in 2019, she taught at Manhattan College and Fordham University. She has published numerous papers in peer reviewed journals in economics, including the Journal of Development Economics, the Journal of Development Studies, Perspectives on Global Development and Technology, and the Journal of International Development.
