Kris Schrubbe

Kris Schrubbe serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Safety at North Central College, where he oversees daily patrol operations and provides leadership and guidance to campus safety officers and staff. He manages officer scheduling, training, and incident report review, and ensures compliance with campus policies and applicable laws. Kris also serves as a member of the College’s Behavior Intervention Team and Title IX Committee and coordinates with local law enforcement partners to help maintain a safe and secure campus environment.

Kris previously served more than 26 years in law enforcement, including command-level leadership with the Bolingbrook Police Department, where his final supervisory role was Captain of the Investigations Division. During his career, he held leadership responsibilities in Patrol, Investigations, Professional Standards, Records, and Evidence, overseeing personnel, investigations, and critical operational functions. His public safety experience guides his leadership and reinforces his commitment to promoting a safe and secure campus environment.
