Rachel offers a collaborative, creative, strengths-based approach to promote fresh insight and practical problem-solving. She takes a holistic perspective while assisting her clients to construct solutions and build resilience. Rachel specializes in helping individuals cope with stress, loss, anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. Rachel has over twenty years of experience in the combined fields of Education, Human Service, and Mental Health. Rachel has a Master’s in Art from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from National Louis University. She is a frequent presenter in the Chicago land area on the connections between emotional wellness, self-expression, and learning. In her spare time, Rachel teaches painting and drawing, and has fun walking her dog and taking dance lessons.
