Taylor Arman joined the college in the fall of 2012 after serving as an outreach athletic trainer at the College during the 2011-2012 academic year. She earned her Master of Science in Education from the Post-Professional Athletic Training Program at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She is pursuing a Doctorate of Health Sciences degree from the University of Indianapolis. She has worked in the high school, collegiate, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. At North Central, she was the athletic trainer for the women's volleyball, men's and women's cross country, and men's and women's track and field programs.

As of the 2016-2017 academic year, Taylor transitioned to a full-time faculty member in the Kinesiology Department and serves as the Coordinator of Clinical Education for the CAATE Accredited Master of Athletic Training Program, where she oversees clinical experiences for athletic training students. Taylor's contemporary expertise lies in orthopedics, urgent and emergent care, and primary care. 

She is the faculty advisor for the Cardinal First Kinesiology Academic Group and the faculty mentor for the Women's Track and Field Program. An active member of the profession, Taylor is a member of the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association Education Committee and the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association Education Committee and the Committee on Leadership and Career Advancement. She lives in Carol Stream with her partner, Joe, and their dog, Darryl.
