Industrial/organizational psychology (I-O) leverages an understanding of the human mind to bolster productivity and wellbeing in the workplace. By understanding the impact of job training, company culture, stress, and other workplace factors, I-O psychologists can contribute to organizations in a range of industries. This interdisciplinary minor is designed to help students prepare for careers in Human Resources, management and other business-related areas.
