Coming Soon: North Central College Student Commons

Located at the southwest corner of Chicago Avenue & Brainard Street, the Student Commons will feature a new dining center and student activities center, serving as a central hub for student dining, engagement and activity at the heart of the North Central College campus.

Phase I: Dining Center (Opening Fall 2027)

Phase II: Student Activities Center (Fundraising in Progress)

  • Campus event and banquet space

Construction Dashboard

North Central College’s construction partner, Bulley & Andrews, has set up a Construction Collaboration Dashboard where they will share ongoing updates on the Student Commons construction project, including the construction schedule, site logistics, and milestones.
