President Abiódún Gòkè-Paríolá announced two new members to the North Central College leadership team. After extensive national searches, Sandra Zurawski has been appointed vice president for finance and chief financial officer (CFO), and Dr.
Dr. Abiódún Gòkè-Paríolá was formally installed as president of North Central College at an investiture ceremony in the College’s Wentz Concert Hall on November 6, 2025. Gòkè-Paríolá is the 12th president in the College’s 164-year history.
Over the course of its 164-year history, North Central College has only had 12 presidents. During its 2025 Homecoming Weekend, the College hosted a special event to honor its ninth president, Dr. Harold R. “Hal” Wilde, and his wife Benna.
At a time when many colleges across the nation are grappling with declining enrollments, North Central College welcomed its largest-ever incoming class this fall. The influx of new students has pushed total enrollment to an all-time high in the College’s 164-year history.
