Esen Andic-Mortan, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management. She received her Doctorate in Business Administration - Logistics from The Ohio State University, in 2016. She has also completed a Minor in Consumer Behavior and a Graduate Concentration in Quantitative Psychology during her doctoral studies. Prior to her doctoral studies, she completed a BS and an MA in Logistics Management from Izmir University of Economics, in her hometown of Izmir, Turkey.
Dr. Andic-Mortan has an expertise in sustainability performance measurement. Her current research interests include sustainability, sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), and performance measurement in the supply chain.
