Andrae Miller serves as a Student Success Coach/Retention Specialist in the Office of Academic Support Services and is a Veteran Success Team member on campus. He joined the team in November 2021 after previously working 16 years within Higher Education in various capacities.

He went to school at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received his Bachelor's degree in History. While a student at Maryland he was involved with Department of Resident Life, Phi Alpha Delta Pre Law Fraternity, and served as a student and teaching assistant for the CIVICUS Living and Learning program dedicated to enabling student involvement with civic service and community engagement.  Currently he is member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and Alpha Alpha Alpha National Honor Society for First-Generation College Students (Tri Alpha). 

Andrae completed his graduate work at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and received his Master's degree in Sports Administration.
