Dr. Drumm completed her physical therapy degree at Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School (now known as Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science) and received her DHSc with a major in pediatrics and minor in education at the University of Indianapolis.  She has completed certifications in infant massage (Certified Educator of Infant Massage), Prechtl’s beginner and advanced General Movement Assessment and has her early intervention credentialing. She has taught at both the University of Illinois and at Midwestern University in the areas of burn care and neonatal physical therapy as well as online at Alabama State University in the maternal and child health program.  Her research interests include motor development in infants born preterm with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and in parent versus combined parent/therapy led interventions in pediatric physical therapy.

Outside of the classroom, Dr. Drumm loves anything fitness including biking and running and recently started guitar lessons. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, two teenagers and Irish doodle Mack.
