Michelle Rashad

I’ve been part of the North Central College community since June 2022 and currently serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Student Life & Dean of Students. In this role, I provide broad administrative support to the entire Student Affairs division, and I take great pride in helping our team serve students with excellence.

Before joining North Central, I gained valuable administrative experience over the years in both the banking and human resources sectors. My educational journey has included studying Corporate Communications at Northern Illinois University and Human Resource Management at Lewis University. I’m proud to hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from North Central College.

I grew up in Naperville and am grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with this community through my work. Supporting students and giving back to the campus community is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m committed to making a positive impact every day.
