I am an applied microeconomist pursuing my Ph.D. in economics at the University of Illinois in Chicago. My research interests are in the areas of health economics, the economics of unhealthy behaviors, and public finance. Recently, my research has focused on tobacco consumption and control policies and their impact on the economy and health outcomes. I have experience teaching courses in microeconomics, health economics, labor economics, and sport economics.
