My professional experience includes leading workforce strategy across diverse environments, building HR infrastructure from the ground up, navigating complex labor relations, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
What differentiates my approach is a strong passion for education, mentorship, and developing the next generation of business professionals. As an educator, I believe learning is most impactful when students can connect academic concepts to real world application. I am deeply committed to creating engaging classroom environments that not only strengthen business knowledge, but also build confidence, communication skills, leadership ability, and professional readiness. Much of this approach and mindset has also been shaped by my experiences as a parent. Actively guiding my own children’s development has given me a profound appreciation for the way people naturally learn through curiosity, exploration, encouragement, and connection. The most profound growth I have witnessed did not come from being told what to think, but from feeling supported enough to ask questions, try new things, think independently, and learn through experience without fear of failure.
