Felipe Oliveira

Felipe E. Oliveira (he/him/his), Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer of Philosophy at North Central College. He teaches various courses in Philosophy at North Central. Dr. Oliveira’s research is in Ethics and Epistemology, especially the Ethics of Belief, and the application of Ethics of Belief to issues in Social and Political Philosophy and Philosophy of Race and Gender. He received his PhD in Philosophy from Syracuse University, and also has degrees in Jewish Studies in the Graeco-Roman Period and Religious Studies.
